2015 was near to an ideal growing season. A slightly cool spring led to fewer bunches on the vines and a reduced final crop in volume only. But very concentrated fruit resulted from this redirected and focused energy in the canopy, which was from warm, dry days and nights with no exhausting heat spikes. And the vineyard team had a nicely staggered harvest, when the fruit reached its optimal physiological ripeness.
